This short video shows triathlon coaching legend Joe Friel introducing Gordo Byrn from Endurance Corner. Gordo was the Special Guest on the Tri Dynamic Italian Tri Camp with Joe Friel. Joe Friel & Gordo Byrn co-wrote the bestselling 'Going Long' book. Tri Dynamic is the only company in Europe which Joe Friel uses to organise his triathlon training camps. The week long triathlon training camp was based in the beautiful town of Riccione in the hilly region of Emilia-Romagna where Marco Pantani lived and trained. Athletes covered off more than 30 hours of training across all three sports with evening classroom and Q&A sessions with the author of 'The Triathlete's Training Bible' Joe Friel. The camp culminated with the option to ride in Italy's largest Gran Fondo, Nove Colli with 16000 participants taking part in either the 'short' 130k or long 200k routes over some very challenging climbs. Athletes travelled from all over the world including Hong Kong, Turkey, the UK, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland to attend the camp with Joe Friel and TrainingBible Coaching UK's Will Newbery. Everyone received individual coaching and video analysis from Joe Friel & Will Newbery as well as a transition workshop master class from Will Newbery and open water swim skills in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
