What a busy Sunday. Shortly after Sandra, Allan, and Nikki left, Heather Martin appeared. Heather is a dear friend, who I met about 20 years ago. She started coming to my weekly meditation and self-inquiry classes, and then I did a bit of coaching with her, helping her transition from the corporate world to the art world.
